Cancellation policy

The following terms and conditions apply for all field workshops and forums that require a payment.

  1. All payments must be made within 21 days of registration date unless other arrangements with field are made.
  2. Forum registration can be transferred to another attendee upon request.
  3. Forum registrations are not refundable if notice of inability to attend is given less than 5 working days before event date (or not given at all). In this instance (if payment has not yet been received by field, the registered person will still be charged the cost of the full workshop or forum.

The following terms and conditions apply for all field workshops and forums that are free.

  1. Forum registration can be transferred to another attendee upon request
  2. Notice of inability to attend a workshop or forum must be given at least 5 working days before event date
  3. If notice of inability to attend is given less than 5 working days before the event (or not given at all) the registered person will be charged $40. This amount compensates field for the material and catering costs for the individual.
