Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51915)

The demand for leadership capability has never been more critical. To deal with change, the leader needs to navigate complexity. This could mean developing entirely new service models, or building the requirements of a rapidly growing workforce.

Field in consultation with the sector has developed a Diploma of Leadership and Management tailored specifically to meet these needs, and build highly skilled leaders.

Course structure

The program is offered over 12 months to enable integration of learning through action learning projects. This can embed positive change in the workplace. The program immerses the learner through an intensive program of face to face workshops, supplemented with state of the art online learning and workplace integration projects. In total there are 12 workshops over the life of the program.
