We have proactive involvement in the disability, aged care and community sectors. Through our close links with major disability service provider Independence Australia, we have a proud history of almost 60 years of service provision to people with a disability. 

Our strong partnerships and well regarded credentials underscore our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Our qualified trainers and assessors have direct industry experience and formal qualifications in their areas of delivery. They are also current industry experts, who continue to work regular support worker shifts. This ensures our trainers maintain their working knowledge and understanding of support worker expectations, standards and industry practice.

And beyond the jargon and motherhood statements lies a real desire to deliver better services. We know what people with a disability care about because we ask them regularly, acting on what they tell us and applying it in real situations.

Our sector has many challenges but we believe Australians with a disability are entitled to quality support which harnesses their potential for full community inclusion.
